• Progress tracking and gamification

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Ignite, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Ignite in a manner consistent with Christian values and principles. You agree NOT to:

• Post content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
• Share false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
• Use the platform for any commercial purposes without our consent
• Harvest or collect information about other users

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Ignite (testimonies, posts, comments, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Privacy Settings

You have control over the privacy level of your content. When sharing testimonies or other content, you can choose from:

• Private: Only visible to you
• Community: Visible to other Ignite users
• Public: Publicly accessible

Please review and understand these settings before sharing content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ignite platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Scripture quotations are from publicly available Bible translations (NIV, ESV, etc.) and are used in accordance with their respective copyright terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ignite is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

While we strive to provide accurate biblical content, you should verify Scripture references with authoritative sources for critical use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Ignite at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
